About Us
The first page of this website gives a brief look at what TheComputerBoy.com is but really doesn’t answer who TheComputerBoy.com is.
Those that know us personally already know where we work and what we do for a living. For those that don’t, we estimate that in the past five years we’ve dealt with hundreds of computer related items including laptops, desktops, notebooks, tablets, thumb drives, network attached items and more. File Systems ranging from FAT to NTFS to HFS. Operating Systems from Windows to Mac to Linux. We’ve set them up. We’ve taken them down. We’ve even taken most of them apart!
Our day job mostly consists of recovering data and figuring out who was doing what on a computer. We’ve had over 600 hours of computer and internet related training courses. We’ve been designated an computer expert witness in court on multiple occasions. We belong to multiple organizations that deal with and offer support for computer related issues. We have several computer forensic related certifications including A+, Network+, EnCE, CFCE and more.
