when i use @thecomputerboy it appears as “thecomputerboy link in the status…what i want to ask is, is there any ways to change the link’s name in the post? for example “thecomputerboy” link becomes jz “boy” or “here” or any other names i want in my status..

My bf got me a Kindle Fire for my birthday and I love it. It’s lightweight and easy to use straight out of the box. The first thing I recommend anyone with a new Kindle do is install the nook app. We got our instructions from http://www.kindlemad.com through google. It basically unlocks all the Android marketplace apps and unlocks the device. Super happy!

We pulled the trigger and bought the book. Well worth the $10.99. Shorter chapters make it easier to read and the topics cover everything.

An update a few weeks / months too late. Netflix has broken their movie rentals and online streaming into two separate programs. While a Netflix membership previously gave you access to both now the price has almost doubled. We ended up canceling our subscription completely. It seems there are enough online streaming sites and DirectTV fills in the rest.

If you don’t have DirectTV and want $100 off ($10 off each bill for the first 10 months) let us know. They have a referral program we can direct you to.

Until then…bye bye Netflix.

As a kind of humorous side note it appears Foursquare didn’t like our testing and experiments…24 checks in during a 12 hour period will get your account locked for a day.

We did too!

After the 2nd generation models came out several great deals were available for 1st generation models. We expect the same discounts to apply to 2nd generation models once 3rd generation ones become available. There will be a time in the not too distant future (early 2012) where we suggest holding off on purchasing a 2nd generation model as the “sucker line” mentioned in the original article will come into play.
